Twelve months against defects, on everything we make. Register within 30 days and it becomes twenty-four.
- CoveredAnything that fails because of how it was made: materials, assembly, finish that lifts, electronics that stop working under normal use.
- Not coveredDrops, liquids, misuse, normal wear, cosmetic marks, unauthorised repair, and products bought second-hand or without proof of purchase.
- To claimEmail with your order number, what went wrong and a photo. We reply within two business days. Do not ship anything until we ask.
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that appear under normal use within the warranty period. The period is 12 months from the original purchase date, or 24 months if the product is registered at wynox.ai/register within 30 days of purchase. It runs from the first purchase; a repair or replacement does not restart it.
If a covered defect appears, WYNOX will repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or refund the purchase price. The choice is ours and depends on what is available. Shipping for a valid claim is on us. Proof of purchase is required; an Amazon order number or a receipt from an authorised retailer is enough.
Not covered: damage from accidents, drops, liquids, misuse or use outside the printed instructions; normal wear including scratches, scuffs and cosmetic changes to the finish; unauthorised repair, modification or disassembly; consumables and parts that wear by design, such as cables, straps and adhesive mounts, after 90 days; products bought second-hand or from unauthorised sellers.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state or country. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, this is the only warranty WYNOX gives, and WYNOX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
